Meal Subsidy Program with FingerFlex

MINTYE INDUSTRIES BHD – The manufacturer of the popular brake pad uses FingerFlex Time Attendance to effectively manage more than 400+ of it’s factory workers in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. FingerFlex manages to monitor and produce the reports necessary for Mintye’s 24 hour work shifts and complex scheduling.

In providing a good work environment and taking care of worker benefits, Mintye has a meal subsidy program for all its workers taking meals at the canteen. P2 Digital has designed a biometrics system to authenticate the workers taking meals and to prevent abuse of the program. To date, Mintye has successfully delivered subsidies daily, whilst controlling costs, ensuring the sustainability of the program.

Effective Control and Monitoring with Biometrics

SURUHANJAYA PENCEGAHAN RASUAH MALAYSIA (SPRM) – Implementation of a biometric access control and centralized monitoring system for it’s offices nationwide. Project successfully delivered in 2012 in a 5 month schedule inclusive works of design, software development, installation and maintenance. The system was designed to the strictest of protocols in providing access to controlled areas.

Growing the workforce and ensuring security to production areas

CENTRAL SUGAR REFINERY (CSR), Shah Alam – Being one of the largest producers of sugar in Malaysia, CSR needs to ensure their factory production workforce and growth is managed effectively. In 2004 when FingerFlex was first implemented in CSR, the workforce was only 300+. Now in early 2013, the production workforce and administration staff has doubled to 700+. FingerFlex has ensured the smooth management of the workforce growth effectively, ensuring easy monitoring, easy to use staff registration modules and management and payroll reports.

FingerFlex also monitors access to restricted areas and produce audit reports of personnel accessing restricted areas such as the sugar bin production area. This prevents unauthorized access and is very important for CSR to have stringent control over their sugar manufacturing line.

Managing The Healthcare Industry Workforce

HOSPITAL TENGKU AMPUAN RAHIMAH KLANG (HTAR) has a workforce of 3000 consisting doctors, nurses, medical assistants etc that work 24 hours a day with 40 departments. Each department has their own admin producing their own reports while being centrally monitored by the HR department. Employees can also log on the FingerFlex web intranet to view their attendance reports and submit overtime claims based on the reports.

Among other hospitals using FingerFlex Time Attendance are Hospital Sabak Bernam and Tun Hussein Onn National Eye Hospital.
